Cleaning and other rules

Everyday there is a service of house cleaning:

Am I obliged to include cleaning in the price?

As it is a private space for the exclusive use of residents, as is customary in these situations, cleaning can be left to the responsibility of guests.

Is it necessary to guarantee the change of bed linen and towels?

As long as they have a washing machine, the task of managing clothes can be left to guests as usual.

In this sense, it can be agreed that the guest himself brings his own change of clothes or leaves two changes from the whose cleaning is then managed by the guest himself.

Noise Law

What does the Noise Law say?

The General Noise Regulation was established by Decree-Law no. 9/2007 and applies to permanent or temporary noisy activities. It also includes “other sources of noise likely to cause nuisance”.

What rules should we all follow?

· Do not make noise between 11 pm and 7 am;

· Between 7am and 11pm, although noise is permitted, it must not be a source of discomfort for neighbors;

· Use common sense. Don't bother if you don't want to be bothered.

Party and event policy

Disruptive parties and events and open invitation meetings are not permitted.

Any guest who is not included in the reservation is prohibited from entering the premises, except in the presence of the host.
